These terms apply to all vehicle hire services provided by PHV Hire UK. All vehicles are subject to availability Drivers must meet eligibility and licensing requirements Rental fees must be paid in accordance with agreed terms Insurance options are subject to approval Vehicles must be used in compliance with private hire regulations PHV Hire UK reserves the right to refuse service where necessary Full hire agreements will be issued by the relevant legal entity at the time of rental.
